Lee's Summit Sword Making: Custom Made Swords

I am, at the moment, making custom made swords, on commission. The price varies greatly, depending on the time spent, materials used, and detailing. As a general rule, custom swords are $5.00 plus materials.
I make katanas, Arabic swords, spears, short swords, English broad swords, and swords from video games.
I will also sell the examples from the workshops, if anyone who attends my workshop wants another. The pictures below, are examples of swords i can make.

Welcome to Lee's Summit Sword Making

After months of hand making Safe, foam swords, I have decided to hold a workshop on how to make these fun, safe, and exciting weapons. Although the emphasis is on making a sword, many of the principles of the project can be adapted into other weapons. Each student will make a sword from start to finish, and will be able to take it home. The cost is $10.00 per student, ages 8 and up. This workshop is designed to be both fun and educational. However, this workshop is of a serious nature, and will employ the use of knives and utility blades, to cut the foam. The workshops will last from 12:30 to 3:00 PM. We will start with a brief introduction, and then dive in to the process of making a double edge sword. Once the students have completed their sword, we will briefly discuss swordplay, then melee until pickup.

We have 2 levels of swords at the moment, each with different workshop dates. Level I is a simple and easy, yet masterful and strong double edged sword. We will delve the basics of cutting foam, Shaving, and taping. Level II is a more complex, finer sword, longer, and with more details. Students will advance their skill in making cross guards, pommel, and advanced hilt. It is strongly recommended that a student takes level I before advancing on to level II.
